Family Support

Intake and family service workers may employ a wide range of resources to support families with identified protection concerns.

We utilize Child and Youth Care Workers, foster parents, volunteers and other community partnerships to provide additional supports to the families we work with.

CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Through non-child welfare funding, the agency provides a further range of services focusing on child development in the birth to 6 year old population. An experienced team of Early Childhood Educators work with our protection staff to improve family situations, teaching parenting skills to help children reach their potential.
